How we notify of changes

Per the Data Processing Addendum, we publish proposed sub-processor changes here at least 30 days before they take effect and email the platform administrator on the affected tenant. You may object to a new sub-processor in writing within 30 days of the notice; if we cannot accommodate your objection, you may terminate the affected portion of the service.

International transfers

Where a sub-processor is established outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914/EU) and supplementary safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access logging, role-based access control).
